Jessica has vast oncology experience, beginning her career at Capitol Hill Hospital in Washington, DC. She’s held esteemed positions at the National Institute of Health, Tufts Medical Center, and Moffitt Cancer Center. Her expertise ranges from pediatric bone marrow transplant to oncology nurse case manager and patient educator for Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA. Jessica’s most rewarding positions were in education. She was an Associate Clinical and lecture professor at Lawrence Memorial Regis College for 8 years. She also taught nurse practitioner students at Samuel Merritt University, where her first day was Sept 12, the day after 9/11/01— very memorable, and instilled her love of teaching. Jessica is passionate about ensuring that people facing cancer have equal access to care and resources. She works tirelessly promoting solutions to an individual’s barriers to accessing care.
